摘　　要：分析上海市生活垃圾处置设施运营监管现状,探讨适合上海市特点的生活垃圾处置设施运营监管模式,提出应以完善监管依据、充实监管内容、提升监管能力为主要内容,综合运用法律、行政、经济、科技等手段开展系统监管的对策和建议。The operation supervision status of Shanghai domestic waste disposal facilities was analyzed. O peration supervision model of domestic waste disposal facilities adapted to the Shanghai＇s characteristics was discussed. Some countermeasures and suggestions for systematic supervision were put forward, including perfecting supervision foundations, enriching supervision content, enhancing supervision capability, and comprehensive using laws, administration, economy and technology ways.
