摘 要:基于电阻法测电机定子绕组温升的原理,提出了一种交流电机定子绕组温升带电测试电路。介绍了该测试电路的工作原理,讨论了电路的设计方法,指出了设计和应用中要注意的问题。电路中所设置的保护环节可保证测试时人身安全和测试装置不致受损。电路设计合理、新颖、精度高,且便于应用单片机,实现对温升的自动测试,提高测试精度和抗干扰能力,减轻测试人员劳动强度。Based on the principle of measuring stator winding temperature rise by the resistance method, a circuit for on line measuring stator winding temperature rise in A.C. machines is proposed. The working princple of the circuit is stated and its design method is discussed. The matters needing issues to which showed be paid attention in designing and application are offered. The protecting link in it can ensure the safety of people and of the measuring device. It is reasonable in design and novel in structure, it has high precision and this circuit is easily used with a single-chip microcomputer to realize the automatic measurmet of the temperature rise, to enhance measuring prcision and the ability of resisting disturbance and to reduce the work intensity.
