摘　　要：卫生资源信息共享,就是将以前以医院为单位的封闭的医疗诊断信息通过网络实现不同医疗机构之间的共享,从而更有效地利用现有的医疗资源。科研的重要手段之一是通过互联网进行计算机检索获得科技文献资料。互联网上提供了大量有关生物医学的信息资源。利用先进的技术手段实现各类信息的实时、自动采集和快速、准确传输、共享;在业务层,通过优化业务流程,确保信息流与事物流、资金流、人流、物流在时间和空间上高度一致。The sharing of information of health resources is to share the medical information of the diagnoses and treatments, which has been closed in a hospital as a unit before, through the network, between different medical institutions, so as to use more available medical resources efficiently. One of the important means of the scientific research is to retrieval scientific and technical articles through the Internet. The Intomet provides a groat deal of information about the biomedical information resources. We utilize advanced technology for implementing all types of real - time, automatic collection and rapid, accurate transmission and sharing of information; for the business, by optimizing the work flow, we keep the information flow highly identical with the capital flows of capital, human resources, material.
