摘　　要：[目的]了解阜阳市艾滋病流行区域病人和感染者对于艾滋病营养知识和态度的知晓情况,开展营养宣教,比较宣教前后研究指标的差别,判断宣教效果。[方法]选取安徽省阜阳市颍州区艾滋病感染者159人,由统一受过培训的调查员进行一对一的问卷调查,比较营养宣教前后问卷调查的正确率,应用卡方检验对问卷调查结果进行分析。[结果]通过宣教,艾滋病感染者对蛋白质、维生素A、维生素E、维生素C、锌元素和硒元素等营养素及富含这些营养素的常见食物有了一定的了解,宣教前后的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.005)。并表示在以后的日常饮食中增加鸡蛋和大豆的摄入。[结论]营养宣教可以起到一定的行为干预作用,但由于其持续时间短,要求我们能够增加宣传的力度和强度,完善营养宣教的体制,引导病人形成合理、健康的饮食习惯。全球基金艾滋病项目办可利用当地的资源进一步增加病人的收入,从根本上解决其收入偏低、营养不良的现状,提高其生命质量。[Objective] To understand the patients＇ and the infected persons＇ awareness on the nutrition knowledge and the manner of AIDS in Fuyang AIDS popular regions, develop nutrition publicity, compare the differences of the research index around the publicity, judge the publicity effect. [Methods] 159 AIDS infected persons in Yingzhou District of Fuyang in An-hui Province were taken part in the study, the trained investigators carried on the one-to-one questionnaire survey, compared with the questionnaire survey accuracy around nutrition publicity, chi-square test was used to analyze the questionnaire survey results. [Results] Through the publicity, the AIDS infected person had certain understanding on protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, zinc element, selenium element and common food richly contained these nutrients, the differences around the publicity had the remarkable statistics significance. They expressed that they would increase the intaking of egg and soybean in later daily diet. [Conclusion] The nutrition publicity plays certain behavior intervention effect, but because its duration is short, and requests us to strengthen the publicity, to perfect the nutrition publicity system, guide the patients to form a reason-able, health food habit. The global fund AIDS project may use the local resource to increase the patients＇ income, solve the present situation that low income, low nutrition, then improve their life quality.
