柴油机供油系统故障的振动诊断法研究

摘　　要：以４１３５Ｄ型柴油机为研究对象，在不同的供油条件下，通过实测缸体表面的振动信号并在对大量数据进行理论分析和处理的基础上，确立了４１３５Ｄ型柴油机供油提前角与机体表面振动特征量之间的特征曲线，以此作为燃油系统故障诊断的评判依据，用以诊断由于调整不当或偶件磨损所导致的供油提前角改变引起的柴油机工作不良的故障。On the bases of a great number of measurement and test on 4135 diesel engine with different fuel condition,the relationship between the vibration signal characteristics of diesel engine and the faults of engines fueller discussed. With the analog and comparison test the faults of 4135D diesel engines fueller is analyzed profoundly and a accordant diagnosis theory is proposed.
