摘 要:[目的]了解江西省社区卫生服务人员的职业紧张应对资源现状及其影响因素,为提出控制其应对资源的具体措施提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,随机抽取了江西省87个社区卫生服务机构,484名社区卫生服务人员,采用职业紧张量表(OSI-R),对其应对资源进行了调查分析。[结果]社区卫生服务人员的应对资源总平均分为136.20±18.10。其娱乐休闲、自我保健、社会支持、理性处事得分分别为29.53±4.81、32.76±5.64、38.05±6.96、35.85±6.09,各项得分与常模相比,均在正常范围之内。自我保健、社会支持、理性处事得分在性别、年龄、工种、婚姻状况、学历上均没有统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。[结论]江西省社区卫生服务人员能比较好的利用应对资源来缓解职业紧张,应对资源比较丰富,应对能力较强,能较好地促进身心健康。[Objective] To understand the coping resources of occupational stress of the staffs working in the community health service organization in Jiangxi Province, and discuss the influencing factors. In order to provide measures which control the coping resources. [Methods] Used the cluster sampling method. Sampled and investigated 484 staff in 87 Community Health Service Organizations in Jiangxi Province. Used the Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition (OSI-R). [Results] The average total score of the coping resources was 136.20±18. The score of recreation, self-care, social support, rationality / cognition was 29.53±4.81, 32.76±5.64, 38.05±6.96, 35.85±6.09, respectively. All scores of the staff working in the community health service organization were normal. There were no statistic difference in the serf-care, social support, rationality / cognition score among sex, age, type of work, marriage, education level (P﹥0.05). [Conclusion] The staff working in the community health service organization in Jiangxi Province can use the coping resource to relieve occupational stress fairly well, their ability of coping is powerful to improve their psychosomatic health.
