新型农村合作医疗与定点医疗机构的关系研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究新型农村合作医疗和定点医疗机构的相互影响关系,促进两者和谐发展。[方法]通过普查和抽样调查收集资料,对资料进行描述性分析和对比分析。[结果]医疗机构的服务量和收入增长明显,对医疗费用的控制也比较合理,而服务质量和效率的改善却不大。医疗机构参与新农合的管理和决策,有利于新农合的发展。[结论]新农合和定点医疗机构双方的和谐可持续性发展关键是要加强对定点医疗机构卫生服务提供行为的监管,进一步提高医疗机构的卫生服务质量和效率。[Objective] To analyze the relationship between new rural cooperative medical care and sentinel medical in-stitutions, to promote the harmonious development of them. [Methods] Data came from survey and sampling, descriptive analysis method and contrast analysis method were used. [Results] The results showed that the services of medical institutions and income growth significantly, the control of medical costs was more reasonable, and service quality and efficiency improvement did not raise. Medical institutions taking part in the management and decision-making was conducive to the development of new RCMS. [Conclusion] The key to continue to increase the sentinel medical institutions and health services is providing the regulatory acts, further improving the health services quality and efficiency of sentinel medical institutions.
