南宁市隆安县结核病定点医院模式实施效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]评价南宁市辖隆安县疾控中心与县人民医院共同实施结核病项目3年的效果。[方法]对隆安县、上林县2004～2007年结核病月报表、季报表和年度报表进行分析。[结果]实施定点医院模式后,涂阳病人登记率较模式改革前提高了40.5%,比实行疾控模式的上林县高出54.5%;治愈率平均为93%,与模式改革前及上林县相比无差异。[结论]定点医院在治疗水平和对病人的管理上是能够承担和胜任结核病项目工作。该模式特别适合结防力量薄弱,仪器设备简陋,诊断水平较低的或尚不具备开设结核病门诊条件的疾控部门。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of the TB-control project implemented by Longan CDC and the Longan People＇s Hospital in 3 years. [Methods] The monthly, quarterly and annual report forms of Longan and Shanglin from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed. [Results] After the implementation of the model of designated hospital, the rate of registration in positive smear enhanced 40.5%, which was 54.5% higher than that in Shanglin where CDC undertook the TB-control project alone. And the average cure rate was 93%, which had no difference with that in Shanglin. [Conclusion] The designated hospital has the ability to undertake the TB-control project. The model is suitable to the CDC which are short in tuberculosis prevention and cure, and have no condition to start tuberculosis outpatient service.
