福州和莆田性服务小姐高危行为干预效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解福州、莆田性服务小姐高危行为干预效果,以便为今后制订干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]在福州和莆田两个非"卫9"项目地区,抽取离性病就诊服务机构近的、类型不同的娱乐场所共14家开展综合干预,干预活动内容包括同伴教育、性病艾滋病咨询、讲座及宣传材料的发放等。[结果]干预前后服务小姐的知识、态度和行为都有了显著的提高,特别是与临时性伴发生性关系时安全套使用率由32.5%提高到70.0%。[结论]研究所使用的干预方法是可行并且有效的。[Objective] To investigate the effectiveness of a high-risk behavior intervention among female sex workers in Fuzhou and Putian City, China, and provide information for the future development of interventions. [Methods] A total of 14 different types of entertainment venues which were close to local STD clinics were sampled as intervention sites in Fuzhou and Putian, the two non-＂health-9＂ project cities. Intervention activities included peer education, HIV / STD counseling, work-shop, dissemination of health promotion materials, etc. [Results] The HIV / STD knowledge, attitude and behavior of female sex workers had been significantly improved after the intervention. The consistent condom usage rate with temporary sexual partners had been increased from 32.5% to 70.0%. [Conclusion] The intervention has shown its feasibility and effectiveness.
