摘　　要：目的:通过对新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构监管研究的分析,搭建定点医疗机构监管的理论框架以指导实际工作;方法:文献研究与实践资料的分析;结果:对定点医疗机构监管的主体、内容、策略与措施进行了阐述;结论:在定点医疗机构的监管中,应充分发挥农民的监督作用,加强信息系统建设,完善相关法律依据,保证人员、设施到位。Objective： To establish supervision theory framework in appointed medical institutions for guiding the work by the research analysis on supervision of appointed medical institutions of new rural cooperative medical system. Methods： literature research and analysis of practical data. Results： The subject, content, strategy and measurement about supervision of appointed medical institutions are discussed. Conclusion： As to the supervision of appointed medical institutions, the farmers should play monitoring role; the establishment of information system should be enforced, the relative legal system should be improved; the staff and facilities should be arranged well.
