低分子肝素皮下注射局部按压与否的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨皮下注射低分子肝素局部按压与否与局部出血的关系。方法：选择30例冠心病行皮下注射低分子肝素的患者，采用自身对照法，每例患者腹部注射后左侧采用常规棉签按压3～5分钟，右侧注射后局部不按压，观察皮下出血的例数及出血的程度。结果：局部不按压皮下出血率及出血程度显著低于按压者（P〈0．01）。结论：皮下注射低分子肝素局部不按压可以有效降低皮下出血率及出血程度。Objective： To discuss the relations between partially pressing hypodermic injection of low molecular heparin and partial hemorrhage. Methods： Choose 30 patients of coronary heart disease accepted hypodermic injection of low molecular heparin, observed in auto-control, each patient received regular press with cotton stick for 3-5 minute after injection of left abdomen, after the right injections do not press partially, The amount of hypodermic bleeding and their bleeding degree were measured. Results： Do not press after the hypodermic injection. The amount of hypodermic bleeding and their bleeding degree is obviously lower than pressing （p〈0.01）. Conclusion： Not pressing partially the hypodermic injection of low molecular heparin may reduce the hypodermic bleeding rate and the bleeding degree effectively.
