断指再植术后护理治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨与改进断指再植术患者术后的护理方法。方法:对26例33指断指再植术后患者制定护理计划,包括常规护理、专科护理、心理护理。结果:经过精心手术治疗及术后认真细致的护理,取得近90%的再植成功率,功能恢复良好。结论:断指再植术后给予恰当护理,可提高再植指成活率,并促进功能恢复。Objective ： To explore and improve nursing approaches after replantation of severed fingers. Methods ： The nursing care was planed for 26 patients （33 severed fingers）including routine nursing care, special nursing care, psychological nursing care. Results： the successful rate was over 90% .The function of replanted severed fingers recovered well. Conclusion： The careful observation and nursing care after the replantation of severed fingers play an important role in increasing the survival rate and obtaining the good function of the replanted severed fingers.
