摘　　要：数据库设计是计算机管理系统的基础和核心．在分析收费部门管理模式基础上，结合数据库设计原理与方法，从用户需求分析、概念、逻辑设计、物理设计、数据库建立等方面详细阐述了通行费征收计算机管理系统的数据库设计过程．开发了相应的计算机软件，在收费部门得到应用．The computer management in toll collection is required urgently to improve comprehensive management level of toll collection department in the new economic condition. The database design is the base and soul of the computer management system. Based on the analysis of the management model, the principle and method of database design, this article expound the database design of the toll collection computer management from consumer requirement analysis,concept and logic design,physics design,database build, etc. At the same time, the relevant software has been developed and been used by toll collection department.
