摘　　要：介绍了稀土永磁同步电机转子整体充磁机的设计方案，其中包括充磁机的总体结构与工作原理，充磁工作过程和充磁电流的检测，充磁效果的粗测与精测；并且对充磁机冷却系统的重要性和充磁机的保护环节以及充磁头的基本技术等作了说明．A design of rare earth magnetic material integral magnetizers is introduced including the construction and working principle,the control of the integral magnetic,the importance of the cool system and it's protection problem and the basic technique of the magnetizing head.
