摘　　要：芳香羧酸与金属离子构筑的配合物在材料、药物、分子电化学、生物化学、生物制药等许多领域中有潜在的应用价值．因此。芳香羧酸配合物的合成与结构研究一直是人们关注的热点课题之一。邻乙酰氨基苯甲酸是一种应用较广的芳香羧酸：它是合成非巴比妥类催眠镇静药物喹唑啉-4-酮衍生物的原料．也是合成荧光增白剂和抗哮喘药N-肉桂酰氨茴酸的原料：邻乙酰氨基苯甲酸作为配体它有多个配位点,A complex [Co（4,4＇-bipy）（C9H8O3N）2（H2o）2]n with o-acetamidobenzoie acid and 4,4＇-bipy has been synthesized. It crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P43212, with： a=1.606 48（11） nm, b=1.606 48（11） nm, c= 2.103 0（3） nm, V=5.427 4（9） nm^3, Dc=1.487 g ·cm^-3, Z=2, F（000）=2 520. Final GooF=1.021, R1=0.044 7, wR2= 0.085 2. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt（U） ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4＇-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from two o-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules and two water molecules, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex was stable under 230.0 ℃. CCDC： 724109.
