摘　　要：探讨2型糖尿病高血压患者血浆内源性分泌型晚期糖基化终末产物受体（esRAGE）与氧化应激的关系。结果显示2型糖尿病患者esRAGE与体重指数（BMI，r=-0．33）、舒张压（r=-0．38）、氧化应激均显著相关（均P〈0．05）。提示2型糖尿病高血压患者血浆esRAGE水平下降，且与BMI、舒张压和氧化应激有关。The relationship between plasma level of endogenous secretory receptor of advanced glycation end products （esRAGE） and oxidative stress in diabetic patients with hypertension was investigated. The results showed that there was significant negative correlation between esRAGE and body mass index （BMI, r =-0.33 ） , diastolic blood pressure （DBP, r =-0.38） and oxidative stress （all P〈0.05 ）. The levels of plasma esRAGE decreased significantly in diabetic patients with hypertension. BMI, DBP and oxidative stress may participate in determinining the esRAGE level in diabetic patients complicated with hypertension.
