摘 要:观察胰岛素治疗对糖尿病小鼠脂肪肝的影响。C57BL/6J小鼠高脂饲养12周后,甘精胰岛素皮下注射4周。结果显示,与高脂组相比,胰岛素组腹腔葡萄糖耐量试验所有时间点血糖及血总胆同醇、甘油三酯(TG)均显著改善(P〈0.05);病理显示肝脏空泡样变性明显减少,肝脏TG降低20.71%(P〈0.05)。提示胰岛素治疗能改善高脂饮食诱导小鼠的脂肪肝。The effect of insulin treatment on fatty liver was investigated in diabetic mice fed with high-fat diet. C57BL/6J mice were fed with high fat diet for 12 weeks, and then treated with Glargine for 4 weeks. The results showed that during intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test, blood glucose, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride (TG) were significantly lower in insulin-treated high fat group than those in untreated ones (P 〈 0.05 ). The hepatic histology showed minimal or barely visible fat in hepatic ceils along with TG content in liver decreasing by 20.71%. The results suggest that insulin ameliorates hepatic intracellular lipid accumulation induced by high fat diet.
