摘　　要：本文用统计方法对工件表面谐波分量的分布特征、生成机理及识别进行了分析。In this paper,the distributional characteristics about harmonic component over grinding surface of a batch of workpieces are studied in the statistical method.In addition,the generation mechanism of harmonic component is obtained and identified.
