摘　　要：介绍了磷酸盐自硬转移性涂料的配方及主要性能指标，并对其转移性进行了分析。结果表明：采用磷酸镁系涂料可在自硬条件下实现涂料的转移，获得尺寸准确、表面光洁而价格低廉的铸件。The paper presents a description of the ingredient prescription of phosphate transferring paint featured by self hardening and some important performance figures, analyizes the transferring groperty of this coating material. The result shows that the use of the coating material of magnesium phosphate series is capable of bringing the material into transferring under self hardening condition. Thus, it is certain to cause the cast workpieces to be left with accurate sizes, finished surface and less expensive price.
