摘　　要：针对啤酒厂生产特点，指出了在热麦汁冷却中采用一段冷却法时冷冻站设计应注意的问题，及必须采取的控制措施．According to the features of production in the beer factory,some problems arising during chiller station design using a direct cooling methods are discussed and the corresponding control suggestions are provided.
