摘 要:传统的拉弯成形采用刚性拉弯模具的方法,由于拉弯零件数量多,因此需要大量的拉弯模具,且由于回弹的影响,修模工作量大、时间长、成本高。本文提出了一种采用由片层状基本体组成离散拉弯成形模具的柔性拉弯成形方法。其基本体的位置可调,通过调整基本体端面形成的模具包络面,实现回弹补偿,并且一套离散模拉弯成形模具可成形一系列同类特征的拉弯零件,这种方法可极大地减少拉弯模具的数量。针对板料拉弯成形进行了实验和数值模拟研究,验证了离散模拉弯成形的可行性,并通过修正包络面的方法,实现了回弹的非线性补偿,实验误差平均为1.0 mm,模拟误差平均为0.02 mm,有效地提高了拉弯成形的精度,节省了采用机加修模所需的时间和成本。Traditional stretch bending forming usually needs a rigid die to form a part. Due to the great amount of the variety of parts, the amount of dies is great. In addition, in order to improve the precision of the parts, the die always needs to be modified again and again because of the effect of springback. It is a time consuming and high cost procedure. For overcoming the drawback of rigid die stretch bending, a flexible stretch bending method by using discrete die composed of base elements made of sheet plates is presented. The position of the base element of the discrete die can be adjusted. The envelope surface is composed of the ends of basic elements, which can be adjusted to compensate the error caused by springback after unload. Thereby one set of discrete die can be used to form many kinds of parts with the same feature. Therefore, this method can greatly decrease the amount of rigid dies. The experimental and FEM simulation is carried out, it verifies the possibility of discrete die stretch bending forming. The non-linear springback compensation is realized through adjusting the position of the basic element to change the envelope surface. The experiment error between the design value and the experimental one is averagely 1.0 mm, and the simulation error is averagely 0.02 mm. The precision of stretch bending part is improved significantly. The time and cost is reduced compared with the method of modifying rigid die by cutting.
