摘  要:通过测量得到不同压头形状下的成形极限角、成形力与极限应变,试验研究板料在不同压头形状下的渐进成形性能。得到了在不同压头形状下板料渐进成形性能的大小规律,并分析不同压头直径以及圆角半径对板料渐进成形性能的影响。结果表明:球头压头(D6R3)的成形性能优于具有同样圆角半径的平头压头(D10R3),平头带适当圆角的压头(D10R3)的成形性能优于同直径下的球头压头(D10R5)。据此采用平头带圆角的压头成功成形出具有直壁小圆角的加强筋板和浮雕字。Small batches of products can be manufactured at a low cost and short lead time by incremental sheet forming process which does not require dedicated dies. Series of studies on the mechanism and applications were done which made this process more applicable. But all the researches were completed by tools with spherical shapes , which are not available for forming parts with sharp comers. In this paper, the formability of incremental sheet forming under different tool shapes was studied. The results show that the fiat tools with proper lower radius have better formability than the spherical tools with the same diameter; the formability of flat tools is higher than the spherical ones with the same lower radius. Finally, the sheet beads and embossed characters were formed successfully by the flat tools with proper lower radius.
