摘　　要：基于遮挡轮廓原理提出了一种利用数码相机进行产品外形三维建模的方法。结合相机成像模型和建立的转台模型,分别对相机和旋转轴进行了标定。通过对图像序列进行处理和坐标变换,提取出图像的轮廓数据,根据旋转角度,在Rhino软件中开发了Script文件,实现了视锥体的自动生成及布尔交运算的连续进行,从而完成产品外形三维模型的重构。Based on the principle of shape from silhouettes（ SFS）, a method for 3D reconstruction of a product＇s shape is presented by using its photos from a digital camera. By integrating the imaging model of the camera with the established rotating-transformation model, the calibrations for the camera and the rotating axis were carded out respectively. The image information was processed first. Then the coordinates of the image profiles were transformed into the static coordinate system and extracted. According to the fixed rotating angle interval, a script file was developed for Rhino. The generation of the visual hulls was realized automatically and the Boolean intersection operation was carried out continuously so that the 3D model of the product＇s shape was established. The example shows that the result is satisfactory.
