混合痔术后采用疼痛管理路径的止痛效果观察

摘　　要：为探索一种经济有效、可操作、具有推广意义的混合痔术后疼痛管理路径，以减轻患者术后疼痛，采取回顾性对照法将260例随机分为疼痛管理路径组（管理组）和传统管理组（对照组），并进行镇痛效果等相关方面的分析。结果显示，管理组的镇痛效果、并发症、患者满意度、住院时间均明显优于对照组；住院费用无明显差异。结果表明，混合痔术后疼痛管理路径是一种镇痛效果好、操作性强、容易推广应用的疼痛管理模式。The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutical effect of analgesic management flow chart applied after surgical treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids. Two hundred and sixty patients were randomised into analgesic management flow chart group（flow chart group） and the traditional management group（controlled group） in a retrospective way. The analgesic effect was analised and compared. As results, the key aspects of analgesic effects, complications, patients＇ satisfaction and hospital stay in the flow chart group were notably better than those in the controlled group, while there was no marked difference in hospital expenses. It is concluded that the analgesic management flow chart applied after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is good in analgesic effect, simple in operation and easy in popularization.
