清热祛湿中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：观察清热祛湿中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。将84例患者随机分为清热祛湿法保留灌肠组（治疗组）和美沙拉嗪灌肠组（对照组），对比观察两组在临床症状、大便常规、肠镜等方面的治疗效果。结果显示，治疗组有效率为95．2％，对照组为71．4％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，清热祛湿中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效肯定。The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the removing heat and dampness therapy through retention enema to treat ulcerative colitis. Eighty four patients were randomized into two groups, the＂ removing heat and dampness therapy through retention enema＂ group （the study group） and the mesalamine retention enema group（the controlled group）. The therapeutical efficacy in terms of clinical symptoms,routine examination of stool and colonseopy, etc was observed and evaluated. Results showed that the improvement rate in the study group was 95. 2%,while that in the controlled group was 71.4% （ P〈0.05）. It is concluded that the removing heat and dampness therapy through retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is of proved ＆ affirmed therapeutical efficacy.
