摘 要:采用酒石酸钾钠溶液—氢氧化钠溶液作为屏蔽剂排除海水中钙、镁离子对测定的干扰,将纳氏试剂比色法用于对海水养殖废水中氨氮的测定,最佳测定条件为200g/L的氢氧化钠溶液用量2.5mL,纳氏试剂1.5mL,显色时间25min。该方法对盐度为10~32的海水可以直接测定,氨氮质量浓度在0.01~0.04mg/L符合比尔定律,检出限为0.01mg/L,加标回收率在91%~108%。Hypobromite Oxidation process can not apply to NH3-N determination in maricuhure water, this is mainly because the high NH3-N concentration is out of the range of standard curve. Furthermere,the concentration of organic matters and reducing substances are too high, NH3-N can not achieve complete oxidation due to the lack of oxidant. The tests indicated that, with potassium sodium tartrate and sodium hydroxide solution as shielding agent for eliminating the interference of calcium and magnesium ions, Hypobromite Oxidation prosess can be used to determine NH3-N. The best conditions in the lab were as follows : the dosage of sodium hydroxide solution was 2.5 mL at its concentration of 200 g/L,the dosage of Nessler's Reagent was 1.5 mL,and the best color-developing time was 25 minutes. This method is suitable for sea water with salinity at 10 -32. Bearg law is obeyed for NH3-N in the range of 0.01 -0.04 mg/L,tbe detection limit is 0.01 mg/L and the recovery of standard addition is in the range of 91% - 108%. This method is convenient,good sensitivity,color fast and stable, and it fully meets the requirements of NH3-N determination in mariculture water.
