摘  要:研究了低吸水率高强页岩陶粒经预湿处理后对高强轻集料混凝土(HSLC)的工作性、力学性能、收缩变形和耐久性的影响。研究结果表明:预湿处理改善了HSLC的抗分层离析性能和可泵性,提高了HSLC的力学强度,降低了HSLC的干燥收缩与自收缩,对抗氯离子渗透性和抗冻性有不利影响,但对HSLC抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能影响不大。低吸水率高强页岩陶粒配制HSLC的最佳预湿处理时间为0.5 h。The effects of pre-wetting treatment on the workability,mechanical properties,shrinkage deformation,as well as durability of high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete(HSLC) made from shale ceramsite with low water absorption and high strength are investigated.The results show that the pre-wetting of the shale ceramsite can improve the segregation capability and increase the mechanical strength and elastic modulus of HSLC,and decrease the dry and autogenous shrinkages.Moreover,the pre-wetting of the shale ceramsite decreases the resistances to chloride ion′s permeability and freezing,but does not obviously affect the resistance to sulfate attack of HSLC.It is found that the best pre-wetting time is 0.5 hour when the shale ceramsite with low water absorption is used for preparing HSLC.
