摘　　要：果蔬产品物流是农产品物流的一个分支。湖南果蔬产品物流经过多年建设,虽已具有了一定的产业规模,但仍存在着一系列的瓶颈因素。因此构建现代果蔬产品物流,使果蔬产品在流通过程中增值,提高农业生产的整体效益具有重要的现实意义。The logistics of agricultural products, fruits and vegetables is a branch of the logistics. After years of fruits and vegetables in Hunan logistics construction, has been a certain industry. However, there are still a number of bottlenecks. Therefore, building a modem logistics fruits and vegetables, fruits and vegetables so that the flow of products in the process of adding value, increasing the overall efficiency of agricultural production is of great realistic significance.
