摘　　要：本文主要是通过总结国内外物流园区发展模式,借鉴国外物流园区发展过程中的运营管理经验,并进一步分析了长春市农业物流园区发展的有利条件,对长春市农业物流园区的运营模式进行了研究。Through summarizing development molel of the domestic and foreign physical distribution campus and profiting the operation managerial experience from the overseas physical distribution campus developing process , the article has further analyzed the development advantage of Changchun agriculture physical distribution campus has conducted the research to Changchun agriculture physical distribution campus＇s operation pattern.
