摘　　要：我国目前对矿业权价值的评估还处于起步状态,在理论和实践上尤其缺乏对矿业权评估的研究。因此,从评估方法、评估理论等多个角度对矿业权价值评估进行研究,对准确把握矿业权的价值具有重要作用。本文对矿业权评估方法和理论的不足提出了一点探索性的看法,以供矿业权评估管理部门、矿业权评估机构和从业人员探讨。Our country present is also at the start condition to the mining right value＇s appraisal, and in fact especially lacks in the theory to the mining fight appraisal inquisition. Therefore, from the appraisal method, the appraisal theory and so on many angles conducts the research to the mining fight value assessment, has the influential role to the accurate assurance mining fight＇s value. This article proposed to the mining fight appraisal method and the theory insufficiency a point of exploring view, supplies the mining fight appraisal control section, the mining fight appraisal organization and the jobholders discusses.
