摘 要:利用Q345连铸坯料,在某4300mm宽厚板轧机上针对Q345E—Z35钢种进行了厚80mm钢板的TM—CP工艺试验。结果表明,采用出炉温度在1150~1250℃,加热时间不超过230min,精轧开轧温度为770~810℃,终轧温度为740~780℃,轧后采用层流冷却,终冷温度为650~700℃,未再结晶区总压下率大于40%的工艺生产Q345E-Z35高强度厚板的屈服强度达到330MPa以上,伸长率达到30%以上,-40℃冲击功达80J以上,Z向断面收缩率大于45%,探伤达到2级探伤要求。实现了良好的强度、韧性和内部质量的结合,且不添加微合金元素Nb、V和Ti,工艺上省去了热处理工序,降低了生产成本。The TMCP process of 80mm-gauge Q345E-Z35 high strength heavy plate steel was developed, which was roiled in some 4300mm wide and heavy plate mill, with Q345 continuous casting slabs. The results indi- cate that, with the process of tapping temperature 1150-1250℃, heating time not exceeding 230 minutes, starting rolling temperature 770-810℃, finishing temperature 740-7800C, with laminar current cooling following finishing rolling, final cooling temperature 650 - 700℃, cumulative reduction in non-recrystalization zone above 40%, the yield strength of the heavy plates can reach 330MPa, the elongation percentage was above 30%, the impact energy at -40℃ was above 80J, the Z-direction contraction of cross sectional area exceed 45 %, detection examination of the plates satisfy the requirement of two grade. Well strongth.ductility of the plates can be obtained, combined with fine interior quality. Meanwhile, the cost of the plates were reduced because of without the addition of the elements Nb.V.Ti in component design and heat treatment process.
