摘　　要：介绍了冷轧产品对原料的要求及发展趋势,分析和讨论了上下游工序对冷轧产品质量与用途的影响,提出冷轧产品的质量不仅与为其提供原料的上游工序的生产设备与工艺条件密切相关,而且需要根据不同产品的不同性能,对冷轧工序的各环节采用相应的对策和适合的工艺路线,并从工厂设计阶段开始就充分考虑相关工序的内在要求和制约因素,这样才能生产出满足不同需要的合格产品。The requirement and development direction of raw material for cold roiled products were introduced. The influence of upstream and downstream processcs on the quality and usage of cold rolled products were discussed. The author pointed out that the quality of cold rolled products was affected not only by the equipment and condition of upstream process, but also the downstream cold rolling process. To different quality of product, the reasonable cold rolling process must be applied, and the plant design must be fit.
