摘 要:试验采用了单因素随机区组设计,主要研究了植物生长调节剂缩节胺和青鲜素(设6个水平)对罂粟蕾期植株叶片可溶性蛋白含量的影响。试验结果表明:青鲜素在抑制植物芽的生长,降低光合作用和蒸腾作用得同时能一定程度的影响可溶性蛋白的含量,在处理的前3d浓度变化不显著,但后期变化十分明显,且显著高于对照的可溶性蛋白含量。缩节胺对植物营养生长有延缓作用,可溶性蛋白含量在缩节胺各处理浓度下差异不显著,在时间上变化趋势上与对照相似。The single-factor randomized block design was used to study the effect of plant growth regulator Pix and Green fresh hormone (six levels based) on the soluble protein content of poppy leaf at bud stage. The experimental results showed that su-fresh green shoots could inhibite the growth of plants and reduce photosynthesis and transpiration, meantime, they were also able to affect the degree of soluble protein content, its concentration had no significant change before 3 d, but the latter change was obvious, and significantly higher than those in the control of the soluble protein content. Pix had delaying effects on nutrition growth of plant, soluble protein content under different pix concentrations had no significant difference, the change trend in the time was similar with the control.
