不良蛹化蛾及产卵情况调查试验

摘　　要：蚕种质量是衡量一个制种单位制种技术水平及管理水平高低的标志,提高蚕种质量是一个重要课题。通过对1对蚕品种不良蛹(小个蛹和畸形蛹)的良蛾率、产卵量和良卵率做调查和分析,表明该对蚕品种不良蛹的良蛾率小于正常蛹;良卵率也小于对照,但不显著;良卵效益不如正常蛹且以小个蛹尤为突出。产卵量小个蛹显著小于对照或畸形蛹,但畸形蛹与对照的差别相对较小。The quality of silkworm eggs is the sign that can measure the level of seed production techniques and nanagement per unit, so the improvement of silkworm pupa quality is very important. Based on the investigation and analysis for good moth percentage, oviposition amount and good eggs percentage of abnormal silkworm pupa, the results showed that good moth percentage of abnormal silkworm pupa was smaller than that of normal pupa, good eggs percentage was also less than that of the control but it was not obvious,especially smaller pupa was particularly outstanding. The ovipesition amount of the smaller pupa was significantly smaller than those of the control or abnormal pupa, however, the difference between abnormal pupa and the control was relatively insignificant.
