河北省林业产业弱质性研究及对策分析

摘　　要：河北省是全国少林省份之一。森林资源总量不足、分布不均,环境约束与经济体制限制等诸多因素使得河北省林业产业的发展具有一定的弱质性。根据河北林业产业弱质性的特点,建议通过营林造林、科技创新、深化林业产权改革、提高公众资源与环境保护意识等方面促进当地林业产业的发展。As a region which has been short of forest resources, Hebei Province keeps its forestry industry performing a nature of weakness to some extent. On the basis of this nature, several countermeasures were proposed to push forward forestry industry in this region, including reforestation, technology innovation, forestry property reform, public awareness reinforcement and so on.
