摘  要:[目的]研究河湟海东地区小麦品种品质性状及其相关性。[方法]测定青海省河湟海东地区52个小麦品种的理化特性和面团流变学特性,对这些品种品质性状的变异情况、品质性状间的相关进行了分析。[结果]结果表明,在所有品质性状中,SDS沉淀值量与其他品质性状呈极显著正相关;W值较能准确地衡量品种的品质状况;河海20号的综合品质性状表现优良;大部分品种的品质极差,强度不足、在吹泡时容易崩塌、面粉都属于弱筋粉、面团的耐揉性低。[结论]河海20号适宜在该地区大面积推广种植。[Objective] The quality traits of wheat varieties grown in eastern Hehuanghai region of Qinghai Province and their correlation were studied. [Method] The physicochemical property and dough theological property of 52 wheat varieties grown in the region were determined and the correlation among the variations and quality traits of these varieties were analyzed. [Results] The results showed that in all traits, there were the significant positive correlation among the value of SDS sedimentation and other quality traits. The W value could accurately measure the quality status of varieties. The wheat variety-Hehai No. 20 was with the good integrated quality traits and most of the varieties had extremely poor quality, with weak strength degree, easy to be collapsed while blowed, which flour powder all belonged to the type of weak gluten with low knead -tolerance of dough. [Conclusion] Hehai No. 20 Was suitable for planting at the large-area.
