摘 要:[目的]探讨有机肥施肥量与蔬菜卫生品质、营养品质的关系。[方法]以芹菜为供试蔬菜,通过温室施肥和收获前取样分析研究了有机肥施肥量对温室芹菜品质的影响。[结果]与对照相比,有机肥处理的芹菜的NO3--N含量有所增加。有机肥施肥量与芹菜NO3--N含量呈极显著相关关系(n=6,r0.01=0.946)。有机肥施肥量增加时,芹菜的Vc含量明显增加且以N1 500处理为界,最多比对照增加90%;其NO3--N含量呈先慢后快的增长趋势;其可溶性糖含量呈先增后减的趋势,N1 500处理的可溶性糖含量最高,比对照增加26.7%。通过回归分析得出:推荐有机N施用量为:AA级绿色蔬菜不超过644 kg/hm2;A级绿色蔬菜不超过1366 kg/hm2;一般蔬菜不超过2187 kg/hm2。[结论]该研究为生产绿色蔬菜的有机肥用量提供了科学依据。[Objective] The purpose of the research was to discuss the correlation bewteen the fertilization amount of organic manure and the hygiene and nutritional qualities of vegetable. [Method] With celery as tested vegetable, the influence of the fertilization amount of organic manure on the quality of greenhouse celery was researched through fertilization in greenhouse and sampling analysis before harvest. [Result] Compared with CK, the content of NO3 - -N in celery treated with organic manure had some increment. The fertilization amount of organic manure showed extremely significantly positive correlation with the content of NO3 - -N in celery ( n = 6, r0.01 = 0.946) . When the fertilization amount of organic manure was increased, the content of Vc in celery was increased obviously with treatment N1500 as boundary and increased by 90% at most in the comparison with CK; its content of NO3 - -N was increased first slowly and then rapidly; its content of soluble sugar was first increased and then decreased. Compared with CK, the content of soluble sugar in treatment NI No was increased by 26.7% , which was highest. It was concluded through regression analysis that the recommended fertilization amount of organic nitrogen was no more than 644 kg/hm^2 for green vegetable in grade AA, no more than 1 366 kg/hm^2 for green vegetable in grade A and no more than 2 187 kg/hm^2 for common vegetable. [Conclusion] The research provided scientific basis of organic manure amount for producing green vegetable.
