摘  要:[目的]探索一种快速、简便、提取率高的黄芪多糖提取方法。[方法]以黄芪根粉为材料,用超声波法提取其中的黄芪多糖,考察提取时间、超声功率和提取温度对提取液中黄芪多糖含量的影响,并采用均匀设计对提取条件进行优化。[结果]提取时间、超声功率和提取温度对提取液中黄芪多糖含量的影响由大到小依次为超声功率>提取温度>提取时间。根据多糖含量与超声功率、提取温度和提取时间的回归关系,预测黄芪多糖的最佳提取条件为:提取时间100 min、超声功率250 W、提取温度80℃。当超声功率为250 W、提取温度为80℃、提取时间分别为70、80、90 min时,黄芪多糖含量分别为8.38%、8.41%和8.38%。[结论]黄芪多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间90 min、功率250 W、温度80℃。[Objective] The aim was to explore a rapid, simple and high yielding rate extraction method of Astragslus membranaceus polysaccharides. [Method] With mot powder of A. membranaceus as the material, the A. membranaceus polysaccharides was extracted by ultrasonic method. The effects of extraction time, ultrasonic power and extraction temperature on A. membranaceus polysaccharides content in extracts were investigated and the extraction condition was optimized with unifonn design. [ Result ] The effects of extraction time, ultrasonic power and extraction temperature on A. mernbranaceus polysaccharides content in extracts from big to small in order was ultrasonic power 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction time. According to the regression relationship of polysaccharides and ultrasonic power, extraction temperature and extraction time, the predicted optimal condition for extracting A. membranaceus polysaccharides was that extraction time of KO min, ultrasonic power of 250 W and extraction temperature of 80℃ When the ultrasonic power was 250 W, extraction temperature was 80 ℃ and extraction time were 70, 80, 90 min resp . , the A. membranaceus polysaccharides contents in extracts were 8.38%, 8.41% and 8.38% resp. [ Conclusion] The optimal extraction process of A. membranaceus polysaccharides was that extraction time of 90 min, ultrasonic power of 250 W and extraction temperature of 80℃.
