摘  要:[目的]为有效防治漠斑牙鲆疾病提供基础资料。[方法]通过病原菌的分离培养、人工感染试验、生理生化鉴定研究了导致漠斑牙鲆患病的病原。[结果]镜检结果表明:该病原菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌,菌体无荚膜,无芽孢,大小多为(0.5~0.9)μm×(1.1~2.0)μm。在普通营养琼脂平板上形成浅灰色、直径约0.5—1.0mm的菌落;在血液琼脂平板上形成浅乳白色菌落,其中可见狭窄的B溶血环;在SS琼脂平板上形成中间黑色、周边透明的圆形小菌落。腹腔注射菌悬液的漠斑牙鲆在7d内全部死亡。从发病漠斑牙鲆的肝、肾和脾等组织中可分离出与原病原菌一致的菌株,经再次感染又可分离到该菌株。[结论]所分离的3株病原菌为迟缓爱德华氏菌,具有原发病病原学意义及强致病作用。[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide basic data for effectively controlling the disease in Paralichthys lethostigmo. [Method] The pathogen causing P. lethostigmo to be sick was researched through its isolation and culture,artificial infection experiment and physiological and biochemical identification. [Result] The microscope check results showed that the pathogen was gram negative bacterium, its thallus had no capsule and spore and most of its thallus sizes were (0.5 - 0.9)μm × (1.1- 2.0)pm. There was light gray colony with diameter being about 0.5 - 1.0 mm generated on common nutritional agar plate. There was light milk white colony generated on blood agar plate, in which there was narrow p hemolytic ring appeared. There was round microcolony with black center and transparent periphery generated on SS agar plate. All the P. lethostigmo given bacterial suspension through intraperitoneal injection died in 7 d. The strain which was consistent with initial pathogen could be isolated from the tissues such as liver, kidney and spleen of diseased P. lethostigmo and it could be obtained again through second infection. [Conclusion] The 3 strains of isolated pathogen were Edwardsiella tarde and it had etiological meaning for primary disease and strong pathogenic effect.
