村级经济可持续发展研究——以贵州省安顺市马场村实地调研为例

摘　　要：通过对贵州省马场村经济发展进行实地调研,站在全局的高度提出村级经济可持续发展必须以资源的可持续利用和良好的生态环境为基础,以土地合理流转制度的建立、提高经济组织的合理化程度和产业结构的合理调整为重要手段,转变传统的经济发展模式是根本,而村级"再教育工程"成为实现经济可持续发展的重要保证。最终使资源环境、经济和社会相互协调发展,实现经济的可持续发展。Through the fields investigations about the economic development of Machang Village in Guizhou Province, the study puts forward sustainable development of village level economy should base on resource sustainable use and good ecological environment, with building land reasonable circulation system, enhancing the rationalization degree of economic organization and rationalizing the industrial structure as important means for changing traditional economic development mode. Re-education project becomes an important assurance to realize sustainable development of economy. At last, the sustainable development of economy will be realized by the coordinated developments of resource, environment, economy and society.
