摘  要:[目的]观察重金属离子Cr3+、Zn2+对藻类生长的影响,为渔业生产及环境保护提供理论依据。[方法]在试验条件下,分别用不同浓度(C=0.01~100.00 mg/L)的Cr3+、Zn2+处理绿藻门亚心型大扁藻(Plztymonassp.)。[结果]0.10 mg/L Zn2+溶液促进亚心型大扁藻生长的效果最好,Cr3+、Zn2+浓度过高或过低都不利于亚心型大扁藻的生长。[结论]充分利用各种海洋及淡水藻类对污水进行净化是一条高效、节能的理想途径。[Objective]The purpose was to observe the effects of heavy metal ions Cr^3+ and Zn^2+ on the growth of algae so as to supply theoretical basis for fishery production and environmental protection. [ Method]Under experimental condition, the Plztymonas sp. of chlorophyta was treated with Cr^3+ and Zn^2+ at different concn. ( 0.01 - 100.00 mg/L) resp. [ Result ] The promoting effect of Zn^2+ solution at 0.10 mg/L on the growth of P/ztymonos sp. was best, both higher and lower concn, of Cr^3+ and Zn^2+ went against its growth. [ Conclusion]The cleaning of sewage by making full use of various algae growing in sea and freshwater was a high efficient and energy-saving ideal approach.
