摘 要:[目的]为应用中草药复方治疗畜禽肠道病提供参考数据。[方法]用改良试管二倍稀释法测定15组中草药复方对8种畜禽肠道病原菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]乌梅和五倍子、诃子分别配伍对大肠杆菌O8的MIC高达15.6 mg/ml,五倍子和大黄、诃子和黄连、黄芩和大黄配伍的MIC为31.25 mg/ml。五倍子和大黄、诃子和乌梅配伍对大肠杆菌O78的MIC为31.25 mg/ml。五倍子和黄连、黄芩和大黄配伍对鸡白痢沙门氏菌的MIC高达3.9 mg/ml,诃子和大黄配伍的MIC达7.8 mg/ml,诃子和艾叶配伍的MIC达15.6 mg/ml,五倍子和乌梅、五倍子和黄柏、诃子和乌梅、黄芩和乌梅、黄芩和艾叶配伍的MIC为31.25 mg/ml。乌梅和五倍子、诃子分别配伍对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的MIC为31.25 mg/ml。五倍子和乌梅、艾叶分别配伍对猪伤寒沙门氏菌的MIC达31.25 mg/ml。黄芩和大黄、艾叶分别配伍对猪霍乱沙门氏菌的MIC高达15.6 mg/ml,五倍子和乌梅、诃子和大黄配伍的MIC为31.25 mg/ml。[结论]本试验所选15组中草药复方,大部分表现出协同作用。[Objective] The aim was to supply reference data for treating intestinal disease in livestock and poultry with Chinese herbal medical compounds. [ Method] The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 15 Chinese herbal medical compounds on 8 enteric pathogenic bacteria in livestock and poultry were determined by improved tube double dilution method. [ Result ] The MIC of conrpatibilities of Fructus mume and Galla chinensis, F. mume and Fructus chebulae on Escherichia coli Os were up to 15.6 mg/ml and that of compatibilities of G. chinensis and Radix et rhizoma, F. chebulae and Rhizoma coptidis, Radix scutellariae and R. et rhizoma were 31.25 mg/ml. The MIC of compatibilities of G. chinensis and R. et rhizoma, F. chebulae and F. mume on E. coli O78 were 31.25 mg/ml. The MIC of compatibilities of G. chinensis and R. coptidis, R. scutellariae and R. et rhizoma on Salmonella pullorum were up to 3.9 mg/ml, that of compatibility of F. chebulae and R. et rhizoma was up to 7.8 mg/ml, that of compatibility of F. chebulae and Folium artemisiae argyi was up to 15.6 mg/ml and that of compatibilities of G. chinensis and F. mume, G. chinensis and Cortex pheUodendri chinensis, F. chebulae and F. mume, R. scutellariae and F. mume, R. scutellariae and F. artemisiae argyi were 31.25 mg/ml. The MIC of compatibilities of F. mume and G. chinensis , F. mume and F. chebulae on Salmonella typhimurhtm were 31.25 mg/ml. The MIC of compatibilities of G. chinensis and F. rnume, G. chinensis and F. artemisiae argyi on Salmonella typhisuis were 31.25 mg/ml. The MIC of compatibilities of R. scutellariae and R. et rhizoma, R. scutellariae and F. artemisiae argyi on Salmonella choleraesuis were 15.6 mg/ml and that of G. chinensis and F. mume, F. chebulae and R. et rhizoma were 31.25 mg/ml. [Conclusion] Most of the 15 selected Chinese herbal medical compounds showed synergistic effect.
