摘  要:[目的]探讨造纸污泥中氨气的释放规律。[方法]以NaClO、KMnO4、H2O2和CuSO4为处理剂,用次氯酸钠-水杨酸分光光度法研究造纸污泥中氨气的释放规律并比较这4种处理剂的效果。[结果]各处理氨气释放规律都为随时间先增大后减小。烘干后的污泥比湿污泥释放氨气更多。CuSO4量增加,氨气释放量减少,而其他3种氧化处理剂刚好相反,处理剂量增加,氨气释放量也增加。但氧化处理剂总的效果好于CuSO4。效果从大到小依次为:NaClO>KMnO4>H2O2>CuSO4。使污泥加速分解的处理方法会使氨气的释放量增大。[结论]该研究为造纸污泥的处理、处置及资源化利用提供了理论参考。[ Objective] The aim was to discuss the release law of NH3 from paper mill sludge. [ Method] With NaCIO, KMnO4, H2O2 and CuSO4 as treating agents,, the release law of NH3 from paper mill sludge was studied by sodium hypochlorite-salicylic acid spectrophotometry and the effect of the 4 treating agents were compared. [ Result] The release law of NH3 from each treatment were all first increased and then decreased. The NH3 released from drying sludge was more than that from wet sludge. The NH3 release amount was decreased with the increment of CuSO4 amount, while that of the other 3 oxidation treating agents was opposite, that was the NH3 release amount was increased with the increment of the treating agents amount and the total effect of the 3 oxidation .treating agents was better than that of CuSO4. The order of the effect was NaClO 〉 KMnO4 〉 H2O2 〉 CuSO4. The treating method of accelerated degrading sludge could increase the NH3 release amount. [ Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical reference for the treatment, disposal and resource utilization of paper mill sludge.
