摘　　要：介绍了长江口的鱼类区系组成及主要经济鱼类,分析了长江口资源环境的现状及影响因素,最后,提出了保护和利用长江口渔业资源的相关对策。Fish fauna composition and main commercial fishes in Yangtze River estuary were introduced, and the current situation of resources and environment in Yangtze River estuary was analyzed as well as the influential factors. Finally, some related countermeasures were put forward on how to protect and use the fishery resources in Yangtze River.
