摘 要:在水资源短缺的北方地区,根据大系统分解—协调法理论,对灌区进行多水源优化配置,并结合莘县彭楼灌区实例,从决策支持系统的角度出发,建立灌区多水源优化配置决策支持系统。利用该软件进行灌区水资源优化配置计算,其结果合理,计算快速、准确、方便,亦可用于其他情况类似地区的水资源优化配置和管理。In water-deficient North China, according to the decomposition-coordination theory of large-scale system, the optimal allocation of multiple water resources in irrigation area was carried on. Starting from the angle of decision support system, the decision suppot system of multiple water optimal allocation was set up. By using the software, the optimal allocation of multi-water resources in irrigation area was calculated. The results were reasonable,and the calculation was rapid,accurate and simple. And the results could be used in the optimal allocation and management of water resources in other similar areas.
