摘  要:采用DMAc/LiCl/chitin/HA配浆体系,芯体表面吸附羟基磷灰石(HA)料浆,料浆凝固定型后抽离芯体,根据材料组分设计并进行烧结工艺,获得截面圆整的薄壁HA陶瓷管。通过扫描电镜观察样品截面、形态及烧结状况,分析制备工艺对HA管形貌的影响,为制备HA多孔陶瓷和增强贯通性提供了一条新的技术路径。Using sol-gel systems made from N, N-dimethyl acetamide, LiCI, chitin and hydroxyapatite to confect slurry, the surface of thin stick adsorbs the HA slurry to obtain HA ceramic tube with thin wall and orbicular section after the slurry concreting before the thin stick removing at the same time designing and using sintering process. The section, configuration and sintering status of the samples are observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The analysis about influence on configuration of HA tube by manufacture process is carried out. The results show that the method provides a new technique for making porous HA ceramic and improving its interconnectivity.
