摘  要:研究了聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯/炭黑(PBMA/CB)复合材料在空气中低浓度有机蒸气检测方面的应用。结果表明,在相同蒸气浓度时,复合材料对乙酸乙酯和甲苯蒸气的电阻响应灵敏度更高,这是因为复合材料对有机蒸气的气敏响应性能不仅与聚合物基体和有机溶剂间的相溶性有关,而且与有机蒸气分压有关。复合材料的电阻响应程度随有机蒸气分压的变化与Ⅲ型吸附曲线相似。另外,通过改变炭黑的质量分数、测试温度等,可以有效地改善复合材料对空气中低浓度有机蒸气的电阻响应性能。In this work, the application in detection of organic solvent vapors in the air at low vapor concentration or partial pressure by poly(butyl methacrylate)/carbon black (PBMA/CB) composites synthesized by polymerization filling is investigated. The experimental results indicate that the sensitivity of electrical resistance response of the composites in ethyl acetate and toluene vapor is higher than in other organic vapors detected at the same vapor concen- tration, because the sensitivity of electrical response of the composites depends not only on the solubility of polymer matrix in organic solvents but on the vapor partial pressure. The vapor partial pressure dependence of the responsivity of the composites is similar to the third type adsorption curve. Besides, the composites' performance can he tailored by changing the mass fraction of CB and testing temperature. These results might help to understand the response behavior of the composites as potential gas sensing materials in detecting organic solvent vapors in the air.
