摘 要:氰酸酯(CE)树脂被公认为是"21世纪制备高性能结构/功能材料最具竞争力的树脂品种",但是高固化温度以及由此带来的固化物性能稳定性差的问题成为制约CE应用的瓶颈。因此,CE树脂的固化催化研究显示出重要的理论意义和巨大的应用价值。综述了近年来CE树脂固化催化研究的新进展,包括各类专门催化剂及其催化机理,以及用于CE增韧增强的改性材料对CE固化反应的催化效应,展望了CE树脂固化催化研究的发展趋势。Cyanate ester resins are considered as the most competitive resin for developing structural and functional materials with high performance in the 21st century, however, the high curing temperature and thus inducing poor property stability become the key problem retarding its application in a large scale. Therefore, the subject on the catalytic curing of cyanate ester resin shows great importance in both theory and application. In this paper new research progress on catalytic curing of CE resin are reviewed, including special catalysts and their catalytic mechanisms, in addition of the catalytic effects by those toughening or reinforcing materials used for cyanate ester. Finally the research trend of catalytic curing of CE resin are proposed.
