摘　　要：模型表示方法是突发事件模型库中模型管理和操纵的基础。该文综合分析突发事件模型的自身特征和辅助,将关系框架和模型网络的表示方法有机地结合起来,提出了一种适合突发事件模型知识表示和模型操纵需求的层次网络模型表示方法。该方法可以根据突发事件不同的辅助决策流程框架,动态地生成相应的模型网络,然后在模型网络中根据决策目标选择出一条或多条模型链。层次网络表示法具有很好的灵活性和智能性,很好地实现了突发事件模型根据不同决策环境和决策对象的模型求解。Model representation is key to proper model management and operation. A representation method for hierarchy network models was developed based on comprehensive analyses of the characteristics of emergency models by combining the relational framework with the model net. The method is suitable for knowledge-based model representation for emergency models and model operation. The model dynamically builds the appropriate network model for different emergency decision-making process frameworks, and then selects one or more of the model chains for the decision-making objectives. The hierarchy network representation method has good flexibility and intelligence, and gives good model solution for emergency events based on the different decision-making environments and objects.
