摘  要:采用方波脉冲作为激励信号,对谐振式传感器的谐振器进行激励。通过对含有谐振频率和阻尼信息的自由衰减振动信号的采集及处理,同时得到了谐振器的谐振频率及谐振阻尼参数。以电涡流位移传感器为例,实际搭建了这种基于脉冲激励的双参数检测实验装置。实验结果表明,该方法可同时获取位移检测过程中的谐振频率及谐振阻尼参数。这种脉冲检测方式不仅可用于新型电涡流传感器的研制,而且可进一步推广到其他类型的谐振式传感器中。A rectangle pulse signal was used as the excitation signal to drive the resonator of a resonant sensor. The freely decaying oscillation signal, in which both the resonant frequency and the resonant damping information are carried, is sampled and processed to obtain both the resonant frequency and resonant damping coefficient of the resonator at the same time. An experimental rig for such a pulsed dual-parameter measurement method is set up with an eddy current distance sensor tested as an example. Tests show that during the distance measurement, both the resonant frequency and the resonant damping coefficient can be obtained simultaneously. This pulsed method can be used not only in eddy current sensors, but also in other resonant sensing systems.
